Dear Members,

The Lake County Pachyderm would like to address its members and supporters. We will be following the recommendation of the National Federation of Pachyderm Clubs regarding COVID19 and meeting schedules. Please read the statement below from the National Board of Directors. We will not be having any Pachyderm Club meetings in the month of March as we seek to flatten the curve and keep our community safe. Thank you for understanding as we do our due diligence to protect the integrity of the healthcare system and the safety of those around us. If anyone needs assistance with going out to the grocery store please let us know and we will try to connect you to a volunteer. Please be aware, Safeway has announced special hours in the store to allow shopping for seniors and people with compromised immune systems from 7 to 9 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday who must leave home to obtain their groceries.

If any person, who has attended the Polson Pachyderm meetings in the past, is willing to drive someone who needs help to the grocery store -- please email fdmdelgado@gmail.com or call (406) 676-2370 to let us know if you are willing to be added to a volunteer driver list. Thank you, Faith Dawson Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager Lake County Pachyderm Board Members, Frank Delgado Agnes Rhinehart Freeman Robinson Norm Johnson
