Lake County Pachyderm invites the community to hear guest speaker Austin Knudsen the candidate for the Attorney General for the State of Montana. He will be discussing the drug and meth problems, along with attacks on our constitutional rights and other issues facing the state of Montana. Please come out to ask questions or share comments.






A 5th generation Montanan, Austin grew up on his family farm and ranch outside Culbertson. He received his undergraduate degree from Montana State University-Bozeman and his law degree from the University of Montana. Austin served two-terms as the Speaker of the House of Representatives. He spent nearly a decade in private practice before being elected Roosevelt County Attorney. Austin and his wife, Christie, have 3 children, Leah, Connor, and Reagan. We provide opportunities for citizens to receive voter information, education and to get more involved in government. *Other Republican candidates may also contact the Pachyderm to request sharing of their event information with our members to create opportunities for citizens to learn about their campaign goals and stances on issues to increase voter education.

Ron Catlett, Steve Daines Northwest Field Representative, will be speaking in support of the Montana Water Rights Protection Act bill S-3019. He will share on behalf of the Senator's office reasons behind why Daines introduced the bill and he believes it is in the best interest of Montanans to see it passed in Congress.

You are invited to the Lake County Pachyderm, on Friday February 14th, Noon to 1PM to hear Bill Barron speak on the loss of the Justice Center levy. He will describe where the Lake County government will go from here.
